I am a Quality Engineer and Certified Data Analyst with a focus on audits, process improvement, and data driven decisions. I help teams solve problems, simplify systems, and turn messy operations into measurable results.

My Story

I am Corey Redwine, a Quality Engineer and Certified Data Analyst with over ten years of experience helping companies improve their systems, reporting, and operations. My career began in hands-on quality control roles where I developed a strong foundation in inspection, defect tracking, and manufacturing processes. Over time, my interest in solving problems and simplifying workflows pushed me to explore the deeper systems behind quality management.

Working in roles at Stanton Carpet and Loloi Rugs, I became increasingly focused on using data to tell the full story behind quality issues. I designed reporting tools in Excel and Power BI, analyzed claims and defect patterns, and worked directly with inspectors and engineers to ensure processes were followed and understood. I began creating SOPs, inspection templates, and dashboards that could be used by anyone, not just those fluent in data or technical jargon.

At Qcells, I helped prepare the company for ISO 9001 certification by taking an active role in document control and QMS administration. I worked closely with engineering and production to bridge the gap between procedures and reality, ensuring what was written matched what was practiced. I built metrics to track corrective actions, revised documentation systems, and made sure our records were clean and audit ready. That role taught me how powerful a well-managed system can be when it is actually used.

Currently at Clean Energy Associates, I conduct audits for solar module factories across the country. Each audit is a chance to dig deep into a supplier’s processes, assess risk, and help drive long-term improvement. I have worked with major brands, led supplier debriefs, and supported our internal engineering team with training and reporting systems. My work helps ensure that what reaches our clients meets both their standards and their expectations.

Throughout my career, I have found that the best improvements come from asking the right questions and following the data to real solutions. I am passionate about clean systems, structured feedback, and making it easy for others to act on what they see. Whether I am building a dashboard, walking a production floor, or training a new auditor, I bring a mindset of clarity, ownership, and progress.

My approach is hands on and results focused. I believe that lasting change comes from collaboration and consistency. With each new project, I aim to make things easier to understand, harder to ignore, and better than they were before. Quality is not just about inspection — it is about culture, communication, and knowing exactly where you stand.
