My role focuses on ensuring that client expectations match actual production output. I train new engineers on quality control standards and best practices while serving as a liaison between the client and the factory. At Qcells, I was deeply involved in preparing the company for ISO 9001 certification and maintaining the systems that supported it. I worked closely with both engineering and production teams to ensure that standard operating procedures were not only documented but also implemented effectively on the floor. A major part of my role focused on document control, where I managed revisions, maintained version integrity, and ensured accessibility through internal platforms like SharePoint and the QMS system. I also tracked compliance metrics using custom Excel tools and supported internal and customer audits with detailed documentation and process walkthroughs. From corrective action planning to system-level improvements, my contributions helped Qcells move from scattered procedures to a unified and audit-ready quality management system.

At Stanton Carpet, I built my foundation in quality control and developed a reputation for solving problems through data and systems thinking. I investigated customer claims using third-party lab results, supplier records, and warehouse management system tracking to identify and resolve root causes. I created Power BI dashboards that transformed manual reporting into real-time insights and helped train inspectors on defect identification and resolution. I was responsible for authoring spec sheets, reviewing first article inspections, and proposing new internal checklists that were adopted to improve overall supplier accountability.
