What do you actually do?
I am a quality engineer and software builder in Calhoun, Georgia. Thirteen years in
manufacturing quality across carpet, rugs and solar, and now software: ten arcade
games published to Google Play, fifteen client websites in production, and an AI
phone receptionist for local businesses.
Are you available for hire?
Yes. Open to quality engineering and data roles, software engineering work, and
consulting, remote or in Georgia. Use the form below or email me directly. I reply
within one business day.
What certifications do you hold?
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (2025), Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (2025), and the
Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate. Day to day that means ISO 9001, SPC,
CAPA, FMEA, Gage R&R, AQL sampling and process capability.
The full practice is written up here.
What have you actually shipped?
Ten arcade games live on Google Play at full rollout, sharing one engine guarded by
748 automated gates. Fifteen small-business sites live on their own domains. And
Forge, which builds sites and AI receptionists that answer real calls and write the
job into the client's CRM.
Are the quality calculators free?
Yes. AQL sampling, Cpk, Gage R&R, control limits, sigma level, FMEA RPN and OC
curve, all running entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, there is no
sign-up, and there is no charge.
Open the calculators.
Why does a quality engineer build software?
Because they are the same job. Manufacturing quality is the discipline of proving
the instrument before trusting the reading, and software will happily report success
while doing nothing at all. The longer answer is on the about
page.
